Located along Diamond Mountain the von Strasser label was established in the spring of 1990. Situated on a property with a rich history of being the site for many previous wineries. Founders Rudy and Rita von Strasser have renovated the vineyards and estate making the property one of the most beautiful and relaxing wineries in all of Napa. Using many of the historic building which date back as far as 1880, the estate is full of charm and allure of old and new worlds blending. Digging caves into the hillsides has allowed the Von Strasser to age their wines in the perfect setting. Using only the finest fruits of each harvest, winemaker Rudy von Strasser relies on his own palette and years of experience to craft some of the best wines of the Napa Valley.
