TERMS AND CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
Customer Cancelations / Missed Tours:
If you contact us to cancel your tour at least three days in advance, we will give you a full refund minus a $10 per person processing fee. If you give less notice, or you miss the tour because you are late, or you simply don’t show up, you can receive a 75% refund. If you wish to change the date or time of your tour, please see the Tour Credits policy in the next paragraph.
Tour Credits:
Rather than receiving a refund, you have the option to use the full amount of your original booking as a credit for a future tour of equal or lesser value. If you gave us at least three days notice that you needed to cancel or change your tour date or time, we will reserve a seat for you on a future day. If you gave us less than three days notice, we are not able to reserve a seat for you, but you are welcome to go standby. In either case, a $10 per person processing fee will be due, in cash, on the future tour day. If you are trying to go standby, please note that we continue to sell seats to walk-up customers until three minutes before the tour departure. Any remaining seats are then released for standby customers to use.
Cancelations by Us:
On rare occasions, Wine Country Tour Shuttle must cancel all or part of a tour, including in response to insufficient sales. If we cancel the entire tour, you will receive a full refund. If we cancel a portion of the tour due to weather or other reasons beyond our control, or if you, for any reason whatsoever (including getting lost from the group), do not participate in all or part of the tour, we will not be required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellations, you will receive a refund for the value of the canceled portion, with value to be determined by us in a fair and equitable manner.
No Refunds for Customers lost or displaced from group during tours:
All of our tours make lots of tour stops and thus our tour guides will be giving instructions throughout the day. Customers are not eligible for any kind of refund for missing the bus or separating from the group for any reason. Customers who miss the shuttle for any reason must take a taxi to the next stop at their own expense or forfeit their right to complete the tour (with no refunds). Please help us out and listen to all of the instructions presented by your tour guide.
Tours depart on time!:
Please accept this friendly reminder that the Wine Country Tour Shuttle needs to depart no later than 8:31am (8:16am on weekends) from the front entrance of the Ferry Building. Please time your parking and travel time accordingly. Should you be late and miss the tour, please see the Missed Tours and Tour Credits paragraphs, above. Privacy Policy:
Wine Country Tour Shuttle respects your privacy and will keep your personal information private. We never give out any information to third-parties. Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. We never keep credit card number information on file for any reason.
