Celebrating over 30 years of hard work and dedication to the land and community the Novak Family is proud to offer their hand crafted wines to the public. Firm believers in the need to respect and love the land, Spottswoode uses the most eco-friendly methods of farming. As California Certified Organic Farmers Spottswoode strives to give individual attention to every vine. Focusing most of their farming and wine production of Cabernet Sauvignon, they also do make limited production of other estate wines. Visiting the grounds of the estate one is taken back in time to turn of the 20th Century. The Novak family has kept the integrity of the magnificent Victorian home as well as the other original buildings since Spottwoode beginnings over 125 years ago.
