The Seavey Family has lived in the Napa Valley since 1979. The property once used for growing cattle was renovated in 1989 converting original dairy barn into a winery. With the start of 1990 began Seavey Vineyards production of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, with the addition of Merlot in 1994. Expanding their production, as they have gain popularity over the years have required Seavey Vineyard build a beautiful new winery. Using solar energy system as one of the first in Napa, has helped set Seavey Vineyards apart from the others. Using old world techniques while making use of the most modern technology.
