The Wine Country Tour Shuttle offers reliable professional charter service for all your needs. *Most importantly* all of our prices below include a back-up driver and shuttle waiting on stand-by in case of an emergency. This is of course your biggest worry because the show must go on - - and it will.

Backup Shuttle on Stand-by (with rates below): We know what the competition is saying, "We will be there, we will get you to the church on time." But sometimes things don't go as planned for tour and charter bus companies. Things just happen. We know how important it is to get you to the church on time so for the first 2 hours of the charter we will have shuttle and a driver standing by in case of an emergency. Please note that this is primarily just to make sure things get off on the right start and we get you and/or your guests to the facilities on time. The Wine Country Tour Shuttle is the only company offering this kind of backup shuttle/driver service and includes it in writing on our agreements.
Tour Guide Consultation Available: While we know this is a wedding-related charter and not a tour, you can get 1 hour free consultation with a Napa Sonoma Tour Guide who knows the area really well. If your charter is upgraded to a wine country tour the next day then this will come in handy.
Choose Your Own itinerary: Whether it's a private charter in Napa or Sonoma or even a private tour the day your is yours to plan. The hourly rates do not change based on where you go.
Hotel pickup and drop-off: Hotel pickup works great for private Napa Charter Buses because you don't stop at other hotels to pickup other customers.

Charter Bus Hourly Rates: (Minimum 5 hours)
*Please note these rates include a backup shuttle and driver standing by for the first 2 hours.
1-40 passengers
- Within San Francisco City Limits - $210 per hour for first 5 hours, then $150 per hour.
- Napa/Sonoma Area - $350 per hour for first 5 hours, then $195 per hour
41-55 passengers
- Within San Francisco City Limits - $275 per hour for first 5 hours, then $175 per hour.
- Napa/Sonoma Area - $400 per hour for first 5 hours, then $225 per hour
56-80 passengers
*Please note these rates include two backup shuttles and drivers standing by for the first 2 hours.
- Within San Francisco City Limits - $420 per hour for first 5 hours, then $150 per hour.
- Napa/Sonoma Area - $700 per hour for first 5 hours, then $500 per hour.
