Since 1985 Marilyn Wines has been producing limited production wines under their label, with names as Marilyn Merlot, Marilyn Cabernet, Velvet Collection. John McKay, the winemaker has have a long career with over twenty-five years in the wine industry. Known for his innovative pioneering techniques in making fine wines, both red and white McKay still is at the top of his game.
