unlike any other. Since at such high evaluations, Elan Vineyards is able to
enjoy distinctive microclimate weather patterns. Receives cooling breezes
from the San Francisco Bay, during the hot summer months, and tons of sunlight
above the fog of the valley is all in thanks to its high elevation, which
allows for a unique full-bodied fruit to be grown. For winemaker, Patrick
Elliott-Smith believes that When growing grapes in a hands on matter, the
