Clark-Claudon Vineyards
Clark-Claudon Vineyards, Napa Valley
More then just a vineyard, Clark-Claudon is about a way
of life. As a family who is driven to help others this vineyard gives back
as much
as it receives. The dream of owning their own vineyard came true after sixteen
years of working for local winery’s and vineyards throughout the Napa
Valley. Since 1990 Clark-Claudon has been producing some of the best
tasting fruit of Napa. With a passion for family and friends it is no wonder
that Clark-Claudon has become a favorite for many.
Clark Claudon Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from 100% Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. It is harvested when the sugar, acid and taste are all in optimum balance. Then, rather than follow a formula, we use vinification practices that showcase what each harvest has to offer. After fermentation the wine is aged for two years in medium toast French Oak barrels and then allowed to rest for a year in the bottle before release.
