Every year since Caymus founding in 1972 has been producing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and currently focuses all its production entirely on this variety. Production of this Cabernet Sauvignon has stayed the level since the 1989 vintage, keeping true to Caymus belief in producing the highest quality wine possible. Winning such awards as "Wine of the Year, and "Best Winery for Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Blend in California" only proves to their excellence as one of California’s top vineyards.
