Joe Cafaro founder of Cafaro Cellars has been a leading wine maker in the Napa Valley for over thirty-five years. As winemaker for such wineries as Chappellet, Keenan, and Acacia to name a few Cafaro is now his creating his own wine under his own label since 1986. Cafaro Cellars produces only a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot, each wine reflecting Joe Cafaro’s goal of food friendly, balanced yet elegant. Creating wines which are graceful of ageing, and can be enjoyed with a friend is what Cafaro Cellarts is all about.
