How can you forget the champagnes, one of “the” best sparkling wines? For many years the producers of the sparkling wines referred to the drink as Champagne. This was done because for several years the consumers attributed this drink as sparkling wine because the consumers associated the champagne associated with best quality. However as the case of the bubbly wines are concerned the consumers prefer the other varieties of wine as they have become more acquisitioned to the other high quality wines. Today many of the manufacturers have started labeling their wines as sparkling wine because of the high quality associated with it. Some of the best champagnes and the sparkling wines recommended are Chandon Blanc De Noirs from the Napa valley, California, Dom Perignon of Reims in France and Martini and Rossi Asti Spumante of Italy. |
