John and Ellen Benish become the proud owners of the 42 acres of land in the St. Helena, in 1994. With the hopes of using the old winery and vineyard located on the property for establishing a legacy for their children and grandchildren, Benesser Vineyards holds true to their family values. Their passion for winemaking and growing all started from a family vacation to Europe, with the mind set of passing tradition from generation to generation Benessere looks to have a bright future.
